Extrusion Press Heaters for Aluminum, Brass and Copper Applications
Extrusion Press Heaters are used to heat or maintain heat in billets, containers and all supporting equipment in the extrusion industry as well as die casting industries.
Laboratory Equipment – Ovens, Warmers and Process Heaters
The typical heaters utilized in this industrial equipment application include screw plug immersion heaters and plate heaters. Typical applications include sterilizers, hot plates (beakers), autoclaves and pill drying, among others.
Plastic Forming
For plastic forming, cutting, blowing and extrusion, cluster heaters and formed tubular heaters are the most common types of products used.
Paint and Powder Coat Drying
Radiant heaters are commonly used for the industrial equipment applications of baking and curing, drying, softening and low temperature process ovens. Radiant heaters generate infrared energy, which is transmitted through uncontaminated air with minimal energy loss.
Desiccant Drying
Flanged immersion heaters and circulation heaters are used often for desiccant drying. An immersion heater converts virtually all of its electrical energy into useful heat, is exceptionally easy to control and, for most applications, is less expensive to install than other heating options. It is used to heat:
* Water, oils, tars, detergents and other process liquids in tanks or vats
* Water, oils, detergents and other process liquids in pressurized circulation systems
* Air and process gases in circulation systems
